How long we retain your data

The only data that we intentionally capture is what is entered into our contact form. This information is collected by the contact form interface and then securely transmitted via email to our company representatives. No information provided via the contact form is stored on the site or in any other location outside of our destination company-provided and -managed email inboxes. System information, such as your IP address, is captured in our web server system transaction log files and is stored until those log files recycle due to file size.

We do not allow personal accounts on the site and therefore neither collect nor store any personal information. 

We indefinitely store the information provided via our contact form interface in our destination company-provided and -managed email inboxes.

What rights you have over your data

If you have used our contact form, you are entitled to contact us and request that we delete any provided information from our company-provided and -managed email system. We will comply and notify you of confirmed deletion.

Where your data is sent

Aside from the aforementioned contact form entries being transmitted to our email system, and transactional information, such as IP address, collected by our web server software, no other information is being collected, stored, or transmitted.

Website security

We host and manage our own dedicated web server software instance, which is positioned behind a software-defined firewall solution to ensure no outside access to our web server system files, such as transaction log files that may contain the IP address of our site visitors. We review and apply all relevant security patches as provided by our various software vendors.

A padlock symbol indicating a secure socket layer (SSL) web certificate-based encrypted session, which is signed by a licensed Certificate Authority (CA) organization, should appear in your browser and can be clicked on and reviewed for validation purposes.
