About Us

Diamond Innovation Guild (DIG) is an organization dedicated to providing technology products and services. DIG IT is our Information Technology division.

Guild: a professional association of artisans and merchants who oversee the practice of their trade or craft. Members of a guild do not simply participate in a field of study or occupation. Instead, they consider themselves responsible for achieving the highest levels of quality, for defining standards by which to maintain those levels, and for providing guidance for others to follow.

Founder & CEO, Rob Carter Diamond, is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served for six years as a systems engineer and gained his foundational knowledge of computer networking and telecommunications.  He then became a veteran of countless experiences in nearly every industry vertical, developing his skills as a business communications consultant, technology systems architect, technology educator, and project manager. Rob is also a writer, musician, mixed-media artist, and an ordained Dudeist Priest.

Mr. Diamond has led teams charged with designing, implementing, and managing information technology environments for investment banks, government agencies, health care organizations, schools, non-profits, small businesses, publishers, department stores, and many more.

Everything we do is meticulously planned, communicated, and documented. All of our solutions are qualified via rigorous research and testing. Every implementation or change is conducted during client-approved maintenance windows.

It is our belief that consultants must remain objective, and therefore we do not earn a dime from the sale of third-party products or services. If we recommend it, it’s because we believe it truly is the best solution.

We will only accept payment for our internally developed products and services, so that we can provide effective customization and maintenance as desired and required.

In a landscape where quality assurance has seemingly faded away, it is our most sacred principle by which to operate.
